Delete your FundLink account
Request deletion of your FundLink account and the personal data attached to it. You don't need the app installed to do this.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your identity documents and KYC details
- Your notifications and registered devices
- Your ability to sign in, the account is closed immediately
What we have to keep
- Anonymised records of donations and payouts, which we're required to retain as financial records. These are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
- Fundraisers you created stay visible to the people who donated to them, shown as created by a deleted user.
Withdraw your money first. If a fundraiser of yours still holds a balance, or a payout is in progress, we can't close the account yet, you'd lose access to those funds.
